What is this place?

Welcome to Blue Ninja's Place! This site was originally made so that my friends and I would have a place to keep in touch, discuss various topics, post photographs, and maybe plan to take over the world.

Then I realized I'm no gated-community elitist, and now this place is open to all visitors - so even if I don't know you yet, feel free to hang out, participate, and enjoy!

Forums

The forums have (hopefully) intelligent discussion on several topics. Requests for additional categories and forums are welcome.

These forums have many categories. Some political, some (anti-) religious. If you offend easily, then you'd probably better run along now. Otherwise, welcome aboard! Your viewpoints and ideas are welcome here, even if they're disagreed with. The debate of opposing viewpoints is of paramount importance to the intellect, and we could all use a bit more of THAT.

There are some general rules to follow - please be aware of them!

Photo Albums

There is a photo album system integrated into the forums. Registered users can have their own personal (and publically viewable) albums, and there are both public and private general albums. As with the forums, requests for additional categories are welcome.

Some albums may contain what some might consider "adult" or "objectionable" material. If it's not illegal, then don't complain about it - just don't look. However, this is NOT a porn site.

A little background and general information about your host:

• Is an atheist, a male, and a skiny nerd.
• Likes coffee, tea, many types of music, sharp things, darkness.
• Collects Japanese swords (katanas, wakizashis, and tantos) and other knives.
• Wishes more women had a little self-respect: it's a VERY rare thing.

• Isn't a fan of large breasts, a drinker of any alcohol, or a smoker of anything.
• Dislikes conservatives, religious freaks, and generally bad or mean people.
• Doesn't stab people with the aforementioned sharp things. Usually.
• Can't stand people who IM from cell phones - I refuse to message someone who's set to "Mobile".
